The S.C. State Fair will be accepting entry registrations from Aug. 1-31 with no entry fee for the 2006 Fine Art Exhibition to be held during the fair, Oct. 11-22. The S.C. Poetry Initiative at USC will accept entries for the state's second annual chapbook contest.
