Situated on a hill at 520 Violet Street, the five floors of Cityline condominiums have a panoramic view of Columbia's skyline. Each of the 20 units, 1900 square feet starting at $450,000, has a balcony facing the Congaree River and Columbia beyond.

Under development by Julie Cooper, the building was designed by Allen Marshall of Architrave Architects. Construction is under contract with Columbia-based Mashburn Construction.

Besides the views, the location affords a short walk to the heart of historic West Columbia at the corner of Meeting Street and State Street. About three blocks away, the shops and restaurants on State Street and Meeting Street should see further retail expansion announced soon for the property directly below Terra Restaurant, just across Meeting Street from Al's Upstairs.

Cityline condominiums will be five stories and contain 20 units starting at $450,000. Rendering contributed by Cityline Condominiums
The City of West Columbia owns the four- acre site, and proposals for low-rise dense development are under review.

Cityline sits in tight proximity between Meeting Street and Jarvis Klapman Boulevard, allowing for quick access to downtown Columbia and to Interstate- 26.

Cityline is in a pre-development offering stage with construction commencing upon partial presales. In other words, now is a smart time to inquire. CitylineCondominiums@sc.rr.com.
