Said property is the same property conveyed to Donald B. Harrell by Deed of the Secretary of Veterans d October 1, 1991, recorded May 4, 1992, in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Richland County in Deed Book D-1085 at page 44. By Deed dated April 8, 1992, recorded May 4, 1992, in said Register's Office in Deed Book D-l 085 at page 46, Donald B. Harrell conveyed an undivided one-half (1/2) interest in said property to Jana J. Harrell.
