Christmas comes early for homecoming

The pre-game festivities at A.C. Flora High School's homecoming October 13, 2006, featured a barbeque cookout and a parade of floats. The theme for this year's parade was "Holidays." Homecoming is more than just a football game, it's a weeklong celebration. Last week, Flora students voted on homecoming queens and decorated hallways, floats, and even themselves in preparation for the big game.

Erika Goodwin was named Freshman Class Queen,
Kanita Brawley was Junior Class Queen
Evan McDonald took the overall Homecoming Queen title.
Moultrie Ball and Jessica Phillips Tyson were named Mr. and Miss Scarlet Blue.
