State Fair winning recipe
KC Masterpiece Memorable Meals Contest Helen Mavroftas of Columbia, 1st place, South Carolina State Fair Honey Teriyaki Country Style Ribs 2 lbs. Country Style Ribs

3/4 cup KC Masterpiece Honey Teriyaki Marinade

1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard

Salt/Pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a large roasting pan, place ribs 1 inch apart, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour in enough water to cover half the ribs. Turn ribs frequently so that they can begin to brown. Let ribs cook long enough so that water is mostly evaporated. This will take about 1 hour and 20 minutes. In a large mixing bowl, combine the KC Masterpiece Marinade, soup mix, honey and mustard, stir mixture until smooth. Take a jelly roll pan and line with nonstick aluminum. Remove browned ribs from oven. Using a tong, roll each rib into marinade. Place ribs on the aluminum lined jelly pan one inch apart.

Drizzle with extra honey if you like them extra sweet. Place ribs back into a 425 degree oven. Turn once or twice until glaze is caramelized.
