NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE FOLLOWING motor vehicles have been seized, forfeited, or consented to the Richland County Sheriff's Department Narcotics Unit according to S.C. Statues 44-53-520 and 44-53-530. The listed vehicles and property are to be sold to the highest bidder on:

Saturday November 4, 2006 at 10:00 A.M.

at the Richland County Sheriff's Department Substation, 400 Powell Road, Columbia, S.C. 29223. These vehicles may be viewed at the Richland County Sheriff's Department Substation the day before the sale, November 3, 2006, between the hours of 1 P.M. and 7 P.M. and on the day of the sale. All winning bids will pay in cash or in certified funds on the day of the sale. Registration with picture identification is required prior to bidding. These vehicles are being sold as is condition and final sale / terms of this sale will be at the discretion of the Richland County Sheriff's Department.
