Lower Richland Ruritan Club chooses Mother of the Year

Lower Richland Ruritan Club, a club that promotes fellowship and goodwill in the community, presented their annual " Mother of the Year" award to DeAnn Coggins Willard, a single mother of two teenagers. She is a graduate of Lower Richland High School, attended Columbia College, and is employed by the US Postal Service as a retail specialist.
