Senior Assistant City Attorney Kenneth E. Gaines has been elected secretary/treasurer of the South Carolina Municipal Attorneys Association, and Assistant City Attorney Dana Marie Thye has been elected to represent the South Carolina Municipal Attorneys Association's 5th Circuit on its Board of Directors.
