Heathwood dedicates chapel
 | | (l) Bessie Heyward Clarkson, who celebrated her 88th birthday Jan. 10, 2007, was one of the first mothers of Heathwood Hall Episcopal School 55 years ago. Susan Gibbes Robinson, who taught at Good Shepherd Episcopal School, was the first head mistress of Heathwood Hall Episcopal School. The two were special guests at the consecration of the Chapel of the Epiphany at Heathwood Hall Episcopal School.

Henderson Jr., the celebrant at the consecration of the Chapel of the Epiphany at Heathwood Hall Episcopal School and Episcopal Bishop of Upper S.C., knocks on the door of the chapel three times with the crosier before the doors are opened, and the procession moves into the chapel for the remaining part of the service.
