Meadowfield student designs award winning T- shirt

Meadowfield Elementary 5th grader, Katherine Turnley and her younger brother, Noah proudly wear T- shirts of her award winning design for the 26th Annual Snowman Run.

The 26th Annual Snowman Run 8K Road Race & Youth Fun Run will be held this Saturday, Jan. 20, 2007, at Caughman Road Park 11:30 am- 3:30 pm. Youth Fun Run is for ages 12 and under and will begin at 12:30 pm. All participants are winners. Columbia's most popular 8K road race will be held at 1:30 pm.

Katherine Turnley, a fifth grader at Meadowfield Elementary is this years winner of the annual T- shirt design contest. She will be presented with her original artwork framed and donated by The Frame Shop during the award ceremony following the final race. Turnley will also be available to autograph shirts.
