South Carolina Chapter of the Urban Land Institute meets

On Thursday, Jan. 18, the first statewide meeting of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), SC Chapter, took place in the Columbia Convention Center on Lincoln Street. Several hundred delegates attended the all-day affair.

Besides lunch, there were five major segments of time, each dedicated to its own topic or theme.

(1) Emerging trends in real estate; (2) S.C. emerging trends panel; (3) Reality check; (4) Challenging the American living/lifestyle; (5) Break- out sessions.

The night before, Wednesday at 6 pm, there was an opening reception at the Palmetto Club on Sumter Street.
