Miss Fowler and Mr. Wang plan June wedding at Pawleys

Mr. and Mrs. William Pearson Fowler announce the engagement of his daughter, Mary Rutledge Fowler, to Eugene Wang, son of Dr. and Mrs. Ke- Shin Wang of Columbia, South Carolina. Miss Fowler is the daughter of the late Isabel Singleton Fowler.

The bride- elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Richard Singleton and the late Mr. and Mrs. Wilton Baylis Fowler, all of Columbia. The bride- elect graduated from Hammond School, Clemson University with a B.A. in elementary education, and the University of South Carolina with an M.A. in education. She is a second grade teacher at Brennen Elementary School.

The bridegroom- elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Chi- Shan H. Lee of Oakland, California, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Shu- Chung F.Wang of Taipei, Taiwan. He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.S. in biology and chemistry and master of public health. He is a mortgage lender with Golden Gate Mortgage in Columbia.

The wedding is planned for June, 2007, at The Pawleys Island Chapel, Pawleys Island, South Carolina.
