Family attends Eagle Scout's award ceremony

Jeremy Clark Amick, a Cardinal Newman Junior, was honored with his Eagle Scout Award Sunday, Feb. 11, 2007, at Asbury Memorial United Methodist Church. Amick completed his Eagle Project in August 2006, by organizing and implementing landscaping around two church signs at his church. Amick also went to New Mexico in June to the Boy Scout Philmont Ranch. Amick and his Crew backpacked 90 miles in 11 days. Gene Clark, Jeremy's mentor and grandfather also particpated in this trip.
