Sumwalt speaks to Rotary

| Robert Sumwalt, the vice- chairman of the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) and first South Carolinian to be appointed to the NTSB, spoke to Columbia Rotary Club members at their Feb. 12 meeting. He is pictured with Rotary Club members Jim Hamilton, member of the SC Aviation Hall of Fame (left) and Andrew Clarkson, Columbia Rotary Club president (right). Among the statistics Sumwalt shared was that 43,443 people were killed on US highways in 2005.
