Lady Falcons beat Dreher, but both head to playoffs

The A.C. Flora Lady Falcons (18-5, 9-5) got a little revenge and improved their tournament seeding by defeating the Dreher Lady Blue Devils (15-9, 8-6) 55- 39 at Dreher Friday, Feb. 9. The win earned the Lady Falcons an 11 seed in the Upper State bracket of the 3A playoffs. They travelled to sixth seeded Greer Monday night and won 53-50. The Lady Blue Devils earned a 14 seed in the Upper State playoff bracket and travelled to J.L. Mann Monday night where they lost 85- 54.

The Blythewood Lady Bengals were seeded fourth and defeated visiting Travelers Rest 68- 44 Monday. The Eau Claire Lady Shamrocks won the Region 3- 3A title and earned a #2 seed in Upper State playoffs. They beat Clinton Monday night 49- 41.
