Hebron Day School celebrates 40 years of preschool ministry

Hebron Day School, a preschool ministry of Mount Hebron United Methodist Church in West Columbia, S.C. is celebrating its 40th year.

To commemorate this milestone, a special program will be Sunday, March 11, 2007 at 3 pm in the church sanctuary at 3050 Leaphart Road. Guest Speaker will be State Sen. Nikki Setzler. In addition, current and former directors, teachers and students will be recognized. A reception will follow in the church fellowship hall.

Hebron Day School offers week- day preschool for infants through five- year kindergarten. Currently, there are 180 students enrolled with 30 staff members. The mission is to serve the church and community by providing a preschool ministry, which encourages and stimulates each child through developmentally appropriate experiences that promote positive physical, emotional, social, intellectual and spiritual growth in a Christian environment.
