Logan Elementary remembers Dr. Seuss

Photos contributed by Pat Dressler
Ellen Cooper (l), retired educator, reads to over 90 students from Logan Elementary School to celebrate the 100th birthday of Dr. Seuss. Helping the students celebrate is Nan Gray, curriculum coordinator, and Dr. Richard Moore, principal (r). The Columbia Pi Beta Phi Alumnae Chapter made a donation to Logan's "I Read 100 Books" program to cover the cost of T- shirts for the children who meet the goal. Virtually all of the K- 2 students do.
