Richland Sertoma Club recently recognized Joseph P. Arnot with the Service to Mankind award for his many volunteer contributions to the Columbia community. Currently, he is a reserve deputy sheriff with Richland County Sheriff's Department, giving countless hours to help keep the community safe. At the same time he is volunteering his time in other organizations whose purpose is to improve the quality of life for Richland County citizens. His contributions are numerous, and Richland Sertoma Club is proud to recognize Arnot as their Service to Mankind award recipient.
