Dreher Blue Devils remember J.K. Henry

J.K. Henry came from Columbia High School to Dreher in 1938 where he taught for more than 25 years. He was the first football coach (1947) and the first athletic director (1950). Henry received the Order of the Palmetto at his 100th birthday on October 9, 1997. He died at age 101 from injuries sustained in an automobile accident just a few days before Dreher's 60th anniversary where he was to be honored.
