Students plant the promise

In October, 2006, St. John Neumann Catholic School educated students on the dangers of drug use in "blooming fashion." The Red Ribbon Week theme was "Plant the Promise" and all 407 students dressed in red shirts when they planted tulip bulbs in the school's garden areas. In March the tulips bloomed for the first time. These lovely Spring flowers will be an annual reminder of the student's promise to refrain from drug use.
