President of Columbia Garden Club passes the gavel

Nancy Dinkins (r), outgoing president of The Columbia Garden Club, passes the gavel to the new president, Leslie Wrenn. With them is Nola Covington an honorary life member of the club. The Columbia Garden Club was established in 1926.
