He has also remodeled the kitchen, replaced all the windows, replaced the roof, added vinyl siding, painted the home numerous times, and had the plumbing replaced. Plaintiff also refinished the hardwood flooring. 11. Over the years, Plaintiff has made improvements to the property. He has had the yard resodded, planted fruit trees, and enclosed the yard with a picket fence. FOR A SECOND CAUSE OF ACTION Partition by Allotment 12. Plaintiff reaffirms and reiterates all the allegations in the First Cause of Action as if fully repeated and is incorporated herein. 13. Based on information and belief, Defendant has intentionally abandoned her interest in the property. 14.
