Boy and Girl have asked their closest friends to be in the wedding, but now Boy and Girl have the daunting task of figuring out what gifts to get them.

Boy and Girl must think this task through.

There are a number of trademark wedding party gifts that are good ideas, but how many engraved picture frames does one person need around the house.

Groomsmen may find a flask a handy gift, but not if he has been in five weddings and gotten the same gift each time. Lots of bridesmaids use monogrammed bags, but having 10 bags is overkill.

When it comes time for Boy and Girl to go to a store and actually shop around they must be on guard because the salesman or saleswoman wants to make a sale, no matter what that something is.

Girl may have a really great gift in mind, but the salesman may ask Girl why she has to give that particular gift to her bridesmaids because he isn't capable of engraving it. Girl responds, "It has to be that gift because it does." Plain, simple, and to the point.

If Boy can't get the point across that he doesn't want to give his groomsmen an engraved key chain, Boy should thank the salesperson and simply leave the store. Afterall, if Boy wanted to tell his groomsmen that he hated them it would be cheaper to just say it.

The best thing Boy and Girl can do is come up with a gift that the bridesmaids and the groomsmen will actually enjoy. Why go to all of that trouble picking something out just to have them throw it in the back of a closest, or even worse, throw it out.

Boy and Girl shoud think of something that the bridesmaids and groomsmen will get good use out of. Boy and Girl sholdn't buy something because it looks nice or because it costs a lot of money.

If Boy and Girl thought enough of these people to ask them to share in the special day, then they deserve better than a key chain.
