NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT an action has been or will be commenced and is now or will be pending in this Court upon complaint of the above-named Plaintiff against the above-named Defendant(s) for the foreclosure of a certain mortgage of real estate given by Norine Boynton to Delta Funding Corporation dated July 19, 2005, and recorded in the public records of Richland County on July 27, 2005, in Book R1079 at Page 1044.
