NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT an action has been or will be commenced and is now or will be pending in this Court upon complaint of the above-named Plaintiff against the above-named Defendant(s) for the foreclosure of a certain mortgage of real estate given by Norine Boynton to Delta Funding Corporation dated July 19, 2005, and recorded in the public records of Richland County on July 27, 2005, in Book R1079 at Page 1044. The Mortgage was thereafter assigned to the Plaintiff by assignment recorded in the ROD/RMC Office on April 6, 2007 in Book 1300 at Page 1284.

The premises covered and affected by the Plaintiff's mortgage and the foreclosure thereof, were, at the time of the making thereof, and at the time of the filing of this notice, described as follows:

All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land with any improvements thereon, situate, lying and being on Atterbury Drive, near the City of Columbia, in the County of Richland, State of South Carolina, the same being shown as Lot Twenty (20), Block "N" on plat of Meadowlake, Parcel C-1, prepared by B.P. Barber & Associates, Inc., Engineers, dated January 20, 1972, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Court for Richland County in Plat Book "X" at page 2030, and being bounded on the Northwest by Atterbury Drive and measuring thereon sixty (60') feet; on the Northeast by Lot Twenty-one (21), Block "N" and measuring thereon one hundred thirty-four and eight-tenths (134.8') feet; on the Southeast by Lots Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14), Block "N" and measuring seventy (70') feet; and on the Southwest by Lot Nineteen (19), Block "N" and measuring thereon one hundred thirty-nine and five tenths (139.5') feet.

ALTITUDE VALVE

Sealed proposals will be received by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Columbia, South Carolina, for Improvement to the Hobart Tank. That the Court must be informed of your current address and of any changes in address during the adoption proceedings; and 3. That failure to file a response within thirty (30) days of receiving notice constitutes consent to adoption of the child and forfeiture of all rights and obligations that you may have with respect to the child.
