By virtue of a decree heretofore
granted in the case of JPMORGAN
CHASE BANK AS
TRUSTEE OF THE SECURITY
NATIONAL MORTGAGE
LOAN TRUST 2002-2,
against MICHAEL DAVIS
A/K/A MICHAEL E. DAVIS
AND DEBRA DAVIS, I, the
undersigned Master in Equity
for Richland County will sell on
Monday, July 2, 2007, at 12
o'clock noon, at the Richland
County Courthouse, Richland
County Judicial Center, 1701
Main Street, Columbia, South
Carolina, to the highest bidder:
All that certain piece, parcel or
lot of land, with improvements
thereon, situate, lying and
being near the City of
Columbia, in the County of
Richland, State of South
Carolina, being shown and designated
as Lot No. 13, Block F
on a plat of a portion of
Hollywood Hills by McMillan
Engineering Company, dated
January 5, 1997, later revised
and recorded in the Office of the
Register of Deeds for Richland
County in Plat Book X at Page
1346. Reference to said plat is
hereby craved for a more complete
description of said property.
Be all measurements a little
more or less.
This being the same property
conveyed to Michael Davis and
Debra Davis by Deed of Tanisha
Lawshawn Owens a/k/a
Torrisha LaShawn Owens a/k/a
Torisha Lashawn Mohammad,
dated June 1, 1998 and recorded
on June 10, 1998 in Book 94
at Page 150 in the Office of the
Register of Deeds for Richland
County, South Carolina.

TERMS OF SALE: The successful
bidder, other than the
Plaintiff, will deposit with the
Master in Equity, at the conclusion
of the bidding, Five per
cent (5%) of the bid in cash or
equivalent, as evidence of good
faith, same to be applied to the
purchase price in case of compliance,
but to be forfeited and
applied first to costs and then to
Plaintiff 's debt in the case of
non-compliance. Should the last
and highest bidder fail or refuse

to make the required deposit at
time of bid or comply with the
other terms of the bid within
twenty (20) days, then the
Master in Equity may resell the
property on the same terms and
conditions on some subsequent
Sales Day (at the risk of the
said highest bidder.)
No personal or deficiency judgment
being demanded, the bidding
will not remain open after
the date of sale, but compliance
with the bid may be made
immediately.
Purchaser pay for preparation
of the Master deed, documentary
stamps on the deed, recording
of the deed, and interest on
the amount of the bid from date
of sale to date of compliance
with the bid at the rate of
12.25% per annum.
Subject to assessments,
Richland County taxes existing
easements, easements and
restrictions of record, and other
senior encumbrances, if any.
