Master in Equity for Richland
County will sell on Monday,
July 2, 2007, at 12 o'clock noon,
at the Richland County
Courthouse, Richland County
Judicial Center, 1701 Main
Street, Columbia, South
Carolina, to the highest bidder:
All that piece, parcel or lot of
land, with all the improvements
thereon, situate, lying and
being on the eastern side of
Western (sic) Weston) Street, in
the Town ofEastover, State of
South Carolina, being shown
and delineated on current county
tax map sheet No. 1071 as
Lot No. Six (6), in Block "14".
The said prorperty is pratically
a triangle in shape and is
bounded on the Northeast by
properties, now or formerly,
ofCampbell, Robinson and
Sumter, measuring thereon
356.9 feet; on the South by
property, now or formerly, of
Holye, measuring thereon 122
feet; and on the West by
Western (sic) Weston) Street,
measuring thereon 316 feet;
said measurements more or
less.
This being the identical property
conveyed to Sandra Castro by
deed ofJustro Castro dated
October 2, 1997 and recorded
March 12, 1998 in the Office of
the Register of Deeds for
Richland County in Deed Book
18 at Page 605.

TERMS OF SALE: The successful
bidder, other than the
Plaintiff, will deposit with the
Master in Equity, at the conclusion
of the bidding, Five per
cent (5%) of the bid in cash or
equivalent, as evidence of good
faith, same to be applied to the
purchase price in case of compliance,
but to be forfeited and
applied first to costs and then to
Plaintiff 's debt in the case of
non-compliance. Should the last
and highest bidder fail or refuse
to make the required deposit at
time of bid or comply with the
other terms of the bid within
twenty (20) days, then the
Master in Equity may resell the
property on the same terms and
conditions on some subsequent
Sales Day (at the risk of the
said highest bidder.)
No personal or deficiency judgment
being demanded, the bidding
will not remain open after
the date of sale, but compliance
with the bid may be made
immediately.
Purchaser pay for preparation
of the Master deed, documentary
stamps on the deed, recording
of the deed, and interest on
the amount of the bid from date
of sale to date of compliance
with the bid at the rate of
11.99% per annum.
Subject to assessments,
Richland County taxes existing
easements, easements and
restrictions of record, and other
senior encumbrances, if any.
