MASTER'S SALE 02-CP-40-1611

By virtue of a decree heretofore
granted in the case of Wells
Fargo Bank Minnesota, against
Linda C. Strother, et al., I, the
undersigned Master in Equity
for Richland County will sell on
Monday, July 2, 2007, at 12
o'clock noon, at the Richland
County Courthouse, Richland
County Judicial Center, 1701
Main Street, Columbia, South
Carolina, to the highest bidder:
All that certain piece, parcel, or

lot of land, with any improvements
thereon, situate, lyinf
and being in the County of
Richland State of South
Carolina, being more fully
shown and designated as LOT
12 BLOCK "B" on plat of
Mossley Hills prepared by
William Wingfield dated
November, 1952, last revised
November 26, 1956, and recorded
in the Office of the RMCfor
Richland County in Plat Book 9,
Page 80 and 81.
This being the same property
conveyed to Louise Z. Martin
and Linda C. Strother by deed
of Micahel E. West and Lisa J.
West dated June 25, 1991,
recorded June 26, 1991 in Book
D 1039, Page 61 in the RMC
Office for Richland County,
thereafter Louise A. Martin conveyed
her entire interest to
Linda C. Strother by deed dated
11/05/98 recorded in Book
RB453, Page 451.

TERMS OF SALE: The successful
bidder, other than the
Plaintiff, will deposit with the
Master in Equity, at the conclusion
of the bidding, Five per
cent (5%) of the bid in cash or
equivalent, as evidence of good
faith, same to be applied to the
purchase price in case of compliance,
but to be forfeited and
applied first to costs and then to
Plaintiff 's debt in the case of
non-compliance. Should the last
and highest bidder fail or refuse
to make the required deposit at
time of bid or comply with the
other terms of the bid within
twenty (20) days, then the
Master in Equity may resell the
property on the same terms and
conditions on some subsequent
Sales Day (at the risk of the
said highest bidder.)
No personal or deficiency judgment
being demanded, the bidding
will not remain open after
the date of sale, but compliance
with the bid may be made
immediately.
Purchaser pay for preparation
of the Master deed, documentary
stamps on the deed, recording
of the deed, and interest on
the amount of the bid from date
of sale to date of compliance
with the bid at the rate of
12.30% per annum.
Subject to assessments,
Richland County taxes existing
easements, easements and
restrictions of record, and other
senior encumbrances, if any.
