August 1, 1969, revised January
29,1974 and recorded in the
Office of the RMC for Richland
County in Plat Book X at Page
2704A; said lot being more particularly
shown and delineated
on a plat prepared for Robert L.
Wright and Donna I. Wright by
Collingwood & Associates, dated
March 28, 1978, recorded in
Plat Book I at Page 1315 and
having such boundaries and
measurements as shown thereon
and being further shown on
a plat prepared for Luther S.
Daughtry, Jr. and Martha W.
Daughtry by Arthur H. Keels,
RLS, dated August 27, 1985,
recorded in the Office of the
RMC for Richland County in

plat is incorporated herein by

This being the same property
heretofore conveyed to Robert L.
Black and Donna V. Black by
Deed of Linda Ciasnoha dated
March 5, 1993, recorded March
10, 1993 in the Office of the
Register of Deeds for Richland
County in Deed/Record Book
D1132 at Page 191. Said property
being further conveyed to
Donna V. Black by deed from
Robert L. Black dated October
25, 2002, recorded in the Office
of the Register of Deeds for
Richland County in Deed/
Record Book 00728 at Page
1786.

TERMS OF SALE: The successful
bidder, other than the
Plaintiff, will deposit with the
Master in Equity, at the conclusion
of the bidding, Five per
cent (5%) of the bid in cash or
equivalent, as evidence of good
faith, same to be applied to the
purchase price in case of compliance,
but to be forfeited and
applied first to costs and then to
Plaintiff 's debt in the case of
non-compliance. Should the last
and highest bidder fail or refuse
to make the required deposit at
time of bid or comply with the
other terms of the bid within
twenty (20) days, then the
Master in Equity may resell the
property on the same terms and
conditions on some subsequent
Sales Day (at the risk of the
said highest bidder.)
No personal or deficiency judgment
being demanded, the bidding
will not remain open after
the date of sale, but compliance
with the bid may be made
immediately.
Purchaser pay for preparation
of the Master deed, documentary
stamps on the deed, recording
of the deed, and interest on
the amount of the bid from date
of sale to date of compliance
with the bid at the rate of
8.2500% per annum.
Subject to assessments,
Richland County taxes existing
easements, easements and
restrictions of record, and other
senior encumbrances, if any.
