McMillan Engineering
Company, dated May 28, 1969,
last revised April 9, 1970, and
recorded in Plat Book X at Page
1131, records of the Office of the
Register of Deeds for Richland
County, South Carolina; and
also shown upon a plat prepared
for Ernest Issac and
Thelma Issac by Belter and
Associates, dated October 2,
1975 and recorded in Plat Book
X at Page 4497, records of the
Office of the Register of Deeds
for Richland County, South
Carolina and being bounded
and measuring as follows: on
the northwest
by Lot 28, Block C, measuring
thereon 135 feet; on the northeast
by a portion of Lots 2 and
3, Block A, and measuring
thereon 70 feet; on the southeast
by Lot 26, Block C, and
measuring thereon 135 feet; and
on the southwest by Pelican
Drive, fronting and measuring
thereon 70 feet: all measurements
being a little more or
less, and references being had
to said plat for a more complete
and accurate description of subject

This being the same property
conveyed unto Patricia Ann
Mack by fee simple deed from
James Williams d/b/a Williams
Investment as set forth in Book
375 at Page 41 dated 12/30/1999
and recorded 1/7/00, Richland
County records. State of South
Carolina.

TERMS OF SALE: The successful
bidder, other than the
Plaintiff, will deposit with the
Master in Equity, at the conclusion
of the bidding, Five per
cent (5%) of the bid in cash or
equivalent, as evidence of good
faith, same to be applied to the
purchase price in case of compliance,
but to be forfeited and
applied first to costs and then to
Plaintiff 's debt in the case of
non-compliance. Should the last
and highest bidder fail or refuse
to make the required deposit at
time of bid or comply with the
other terms of the bid within
twenty (20) days, then the
Master in Equity may resell the
property on the same terms and
conditions on some subsequent
Sales Day (at the risk of the
said highest bidder.)
No personal or deficiency judgment
being demanded, the bidding
will not remain open after
the date of sale, but compliance
with the bid may be made
immediately.
Purchaser pay for preparation
of the Master deed, documentary
stamps on the deed, recording
of the deed, and interest on
the amount of the bid from date
of sale to date of compliance
with the bid at the rate of
11.990% per annum.
Subject to assessments,
Richland County taxes existing
easements, easements and
restrictions of record, and other
senior encumbrances, if any.
