granted in the case of Wells
Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee,
against Anna Lloyd, formerly
known as Anna T. Young, et al,
I, the undersigned Master in
Equity for Richland County will
sell on Monday, July 2, 2007, at
12 o'clock noon, at the Richland
County Courthouse, Richland
County Judicial Center, 1701
Main Street, Columbia, South
Carolina, to the highest bidder:
All that certain piece, parcel or
lot of land containing 2.43
acres, more or less, with the
improvements thereon, situate,
lying and being on the western
side of Willow Wind Lane near
its intersection with Air Base
Road (S.C. Highways 223), in
School District 1-H, in the
County of Richland, State of
South Carolina,, and being
shown and delineated as Lot 44
on a plat of Willow Winds
Subdivision Phase II, prepared
by Civil Engineering of
Columbia, dated December 8,
1988, and recorded in the Office
of the Register of Deeds for
Richland County in Plat Book
52 at page 4389, which plat
insofar as it relates to Lot 44 is
incorporated herein by reference
as part of the legal description
thereof. Lot 44 has the following
boundaries and measurements:
on the North by Lot 43 and by
lots not designated on said plat,
whereon it measures for a combined
distance of 876.33 feet; on
the East by Willow Wind Lane,
whereon it fronts and measures
for a total distance of 120.53
feet; on the South by Lot 45,
whereon it measures 824.61
feet; and on the West by lots
not designated on said plat,
whereon it measures for a distance
of 138.49 feet; be all
measurements a little more or
less.
TMS#21711-01-06 (LAND) and
TMS# M 90011-04-097 (mobile
home).
The improvements on said property
include a 1995 Bell Azalea
mobile home, Serial Number
GBHMI17168A&B.
Said property is the same property
conveyed to Anna T. Young,
now known as Anna Lloyd, by
Deed of Trenholm Building
Company dated July 21, 1994,
recorded September 7, 1994, in
the Office of the Register of
Deeds for Richland County in
Deed Book D-1218 at page 197.
By Deed dated October 25,
2004, recorded November 4,
2004, in said Register's Office in
Record Book 994 at page 684,
Anna T. Young, now known as
Anna Lloyd conveyed her inter-
est in said property to Anna
Lloyd, formerly known as Anna
T. Young.

TERMS OF SALE: The successful
bidder, other than the
Plaintiff, will deposit with the
Master in Equity, at the conclusion
of the bidding, Five per
cent (5%) of the bid in cash or
equivalent, as evidence of good
faith, same to be applied to the
purchase price in case of compliance,
but to be forfeited and
applied first to costs and then to
Plaintiff 's debt in the case of
non-compliance. Should the last
and highest bidder fail or refuse
to make the required deposit at
time of bid or comply with the
other terms of the bid within
twenty (20) days, then the
Master in Equity may resell the
property on the same terms and
conditions on some subsequent
Sales Day (at the risk of the
said highest bidder.)
No personal or deficiency judgment
being demanded, the bidding
will not remain open after
the date of sale, but compliance
with the bid may be made
immediately.
Purchaser pay for preparation
of the Master deed, documentary
stamps on the deed, recording
of the deed, and interest on
the amount of the bid from date
of sale to date of compliance
with the bid at the rate of
9.325% per annum.
Subject to assessments,
Richland County taxes existing
easements, easements and
restrictions of record, and other
senior encumbrances, if any.
