Personal Representative, if any,
whose name is unknown, of the
Estate of Gretal Farrenkopf
a/k/a Nargarethe "Gretel"
Farrenkopf, Fred Farrenkopf,
Steven Farrenkopf, Kimberly C.
Farrenkopf, and any other
Heirs-at-Law or Devisees of

All that certain piece, parcel or
lot of land, with the improvements
thereon, situate, lying
and being near the City of
Columbia, County of Richland,
State of South Carolina, and
being shown and designated as
Lot EIGHTEEN (18), Block 'Z',
on a Map of Woodfield Park by
McMillan Engineering
Company, dated November 3,
1858, revised March 26, 1968,
and recorded in the Office of the
RMC for Richland County in
Plat Book T at Page 500, and
being more particularly shown
on an individual plat thereof
prepared for Darien L. Miller
and Faye Newton Miller by
Baxter Land Surveying Co.,
Inc., dated September 18, 1996,
and recorded October 3, 1996, in
Book 56 at Page 5475.
According to said Baxter plat,
said property is bounded and
measures as follow: Beginning
at a 1' pipe on the
Northernmost corner of subject
property and running S 37
degrees 04' 28' E along Lot 19, a
distance of 149.89 feet to a 1
'pipe; thence turning and running
S 53 05' 38' W along Lot 4,
a distance of 69.92 feet to a 1'
pipe; thence running S 60 55'
04'W along Lot 5, a distance of
32.45 feet to a 1/2' rebar; thence
turning and running N 26 30'
OO'W along Lot 17, a distance
of 148.08 feet to a 1' pipe;
thence turning and running
N53 13' 36' E along Springfield
Avenue, a 50-foot right-of-way, a
distance of 74.89 feet to a 1'
pipe, being the point and place
of beginning; all measurements
being a little more or less.
This being the same property
conveyed to Darien L. Miller
and Faye Newton Miller by
deed of Buildings and Land
Limited Partnership dated
October 1, 1996, and recorded
October 3, 1996, in Book 1342
at Page 17.

PROPERTY ADDRESS:

TERMS OF SALE: The successful
bidder, other than the
Plaintiff, will deposit with the
Master in Equity, at the conclusion
of the bidding, Five per
cent (5%) of the bid in cash or
equivalent, as evidence of good
faith, same to be applied to the
purchase price in case of compliance,
but to be forfeited and
applied first to costs and then to
Plaintiff 's debt in the case of
non-compliance. Should the last
and highest bidder fail or refuse
to make the required deposit at
time of bid or comply with the
other terms of the bid within
twenty (20) days, then the
Master in Equity may resell the
property on the same terms and
conditions on some subsequent
Sales Day (at the risk of the
said highest bidder.)
No personal or deficiency judgment
being demanded, the bidding
will not remain open after
the date of sale, but compliance
with the bid may be made
immediately.
Purchaser pay for preparation
of the Master deed, documentary
stamps on the deed, recording
of the deed, and interest on
the amount of the bid from date
of sale to date of compliance
with the bid at the rate of
9.990% per annum.
Subject to assessments,
Richland County taxes existing
easements, easements and
restrictions of record, and other
senior encumbrances, if any.
The following liens or mortgages
are senior and superior to
the Plaintiff 's Mortgage and the
subject property wil be sold subject
to these liens:

amount of $433.75, dated July
8, 2003, and recrded July 11,
2003, in Book 819 at Page 2087.
