MASTER'S SALE 06-CP-40-1985

By virtue of a decree heretofore
granted in the case of LaSalle
Bank National Association, as
Trustee for Certificateholders of
Bear Stearns Asset Backed
Securities I LLC, Asset-
Backed Certificates, Series
2005-HE9 against Roshelle E.
Simpson, and Wynfield Gables
Homeowners Association, Inc.,
I, the undersigned Master in
Equity for Richland County will
sell on Monday, July 2, 2007, at
12 o'clock noon, at the Richland
County Courthouse, Richland
County Judicial Center, 1701
Main Street, Columbia, South
Carolina, to the highest bidder:
All that certain piece, parcel or
lot of land together with any
improvements thereon, known
as 128 Gateway Lane, situate,

lying and being on the northeastern
side of Gateway Lane,
near the City of Columbia, in
the County of Richland, in the
State of South Carolina; the
same being designated as Lot
No. 53 on final plat of Wynfield
Gables Courtyard Homes as
shown on plat prepared for
Wynfield Development Group,
Inc. By B.P. Barber &
Associates, Inc. dated January
7, 1986 and revised February
18, 1986, and recorded in the
Office of the RMCfor Richland
County in Plat Book 50 at page
7369; and being more particularly
shown and delineated on a
plat prepared for Vickie A.
Proper by Cox and Dinkins,
Inc., dated October 17, 1997 and
recorded in the Register of
Deeds Office for Richland
County in Book 57 at page
1312; and having the boundaries
and measurements as
shown on the last mentioned
plat; reference being craved
thereto as often as is necessary
for a more complete and accurate
legal description.
This being the same property
conveyed to Vickie A. Proper by
deed of Nell C. Ghent recorded
on November 10, 1997 in the
ROD Office for Richland County
in Deed Book D-1417 at page
254. This being the same property
conveyed to Roshelle E.
Simpson by deed of Vickie A.
Proper recorded on July 28,
2005 in the ROD Office for
Richland County in Deed Book
R1080 at Page 124.

PROPERTY ADDRESS:

TERMS OF SALE: The successful
bidder, other than the
Plaintiff, will deposit with the
Master in Equity, at the conclusion
of the bidding, Five per
cent (5%) of the bid in cash or
equivalent, as evidence of good
faith, same to be applied to the
purchase price in case of compliance,
but to be forfeited and
applied first to costs and then to
Plaintiff 's debt in the case of
non-compliance. Should the last
and highest bidder fail or refuse
to make the required deposit at
time of bid or comply with the
other terms of the bid within
twenty (20) days, then the
Master in Equity may resell the
property on the same terms and
conditions on some subsequent
Sales Day (at the risk of the
said highest bidder.)
No personal or deficiency judgment
being demanded, the bidding
will not remain open after
the date of sale, but compliance
with the bid may be made
immediately.
Purchaser pay for preparation
of the Master deed, documentary
stamps on the deed, recording
of the deed, and interest on
the amount of the bid from date
of sale to date of compliance
with the bid at the rate of
10.500% per annum.
Subject to assessments,
Richland County taxes existing
easements, easements and
restrictions of record, and other
senior encumbrances, if any.
