o'clock noon, at the Richland
County Courthouse, Richland
County Judicial Center, 1701
Main Street, Columbia, South
Carolina, to the highest bidder:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PIECE,
PARCEL OR LOT OF LAND,
WITH THE IMPROVEMENTS
THEREON, SITUATE, LYING
AND BEING ON LEEHILLS
DRIVE, NEAR THE CITY OF
COLUMBIA, IN THE COUNTY
OF RICHLAND, STATE OF
SOUTH CAROLINA, THE
SAME BEING SHOWN AS
LOT 7, BLOCK B, ON A PLAT
OF LEEHILLS BY MCMILLAN
ENGINEERING COMPANY,
DATED JUNE 8, 1967, AND
RECORDED IN THE RICHLAND
COUNTY ROD OFFICE
IN PLAT BOOK X, PAGE 345;
SAID LOT HAVING SUCH
METES AND BOUNDS AS
SHOWN ON SAID PLAT, BE
ALL MEASUREMENTS A LITTLE
MORE OR LESS.
THIS BEING THE IDENTICAL
PROPERTY CONVEYED TO
DWAYNE DOUGLAS BY DEED
OF HOMER D. BEARD,
RECORDED NOVEMBER 18,
2004 IN BOOK 99 AT PAGE
3864, RICHLAND COUNTY,
SC.

CURRENT ADDRESS OF
PROPERTY: 3529 Lee Hills
Drive, Columbia, SC 29209
TERMS OF SALE: The successful
bidder, other than the
Plaintiff, will deposit with the
Master in Equity, at the conclusion
of the bidding, Five per
cent (5%) of the bid in cash or
equivalent, as evidence of good
faith, same to be applied to the
purchase price in case of compliance,
but to be forfeited and
applied first to costs and then to
Plaintiff 's debt in the case of
non-compliance. Should the last
and highest bidder fail or refuse
to make the required deposit at
time of bid or comply with the
other terms of the bid within
twenty (20) days, then the
Master in Equity may resell the
property on the same terms and
conditions on some subsequent
Sales Day (at the risk of the
said highest bidder.)
No personal or deficiency judgment
being demanded, the bidding
will not remain open after
the date of sale, but compliance
with the bid may be made
immediately.
Purchaser pay for preparation
of the Master deed, documentary
stamps on the deed, recording
of the deed, and interest on
the amount of the bid from date
of sale to date of compliance
with the bid at the rate of 9.5%
per annum.
Subject to assessments,
Richland County taxes existing
easements, easements and
restrictions of record, and other
senior encumbrances, if any.
