Former cub reporter for The Columbia Star receives top scholarship

      Sydney Bryant Kornegay, has received the John Montgomery Belk Merit Scholarship as an incoming student at Davidson College. Kornegay will enroll with the Class of 2011 in August. Kornegay is the daughter of Vance and Patricia Kornegay and is a graduate of A.C. Flora High School.
