Lower Richland Cadets make the top 3% of their class
Lower Richland High Junior ROTC cadets (l- r) Kelsey Grochow,Marcie Huguenin, and Tia Brown were named honor cadets at this year's summer camp for cadets from S.C. and N. C. held June 11- 16 at Fort Jackson. The honor cadet designation means that the three LR cadets are in the top 3% of their class.
