The Columbia Star's Garden Pick
Hibiscus heaven

Dr. Harold Vaughn, the former assistant superintendant for Richland School District One, and his wife Mildred, a former nurse at the Veteran's hospital, keep their yard looking beautiful.
There is no specific seed for a specific color. The color of the Hibiscus will reveal itself once it blooms.
Vaughn's garden contains flowers, fruit trees, and a vegetable garden. Vaughn tries to have different things blooming at different times.
Hibiscus, which is also the name for a cocktail, includes both annual and perennial herbaceous plants, woody shrubs, and small trees.
