Mary finds a home
featured a story about Mary, an abandoned dog found in the northern region of Iraq, in the July 27 issue. Mary was brought to Columbia by Ann Patterson, a U.S. Diplomat with the Agency for International Development, in hopes of finding a new home. Fortunately for Mary, many people read her story in The Columbia Star, and were moved by it. Now Mary has a loving home with a USC Professor. |
