NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF ESTATES

This being the same property farther conveyed unto Steven Johnson by deed of Tracy McLemore dated August 11, 2000, recorded September 8, 2000 in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Richland County in Deed Book R441 at Page 1466.
