Miss Leadbitter and Mr. Batchler exchange

Anna Kathryn Leadbitter and Christopher Eugene Batchler were married August 11, 2007, at noon at the Corley Mill House and Garden in Lexington, South Carolina. Music was provided for the double ring ceremony by Charles Renick, harpist, and Robyn Leadbitter, flutist.
The bride is the daughter of David Alan Leadbitter and Elizabeth Martin Koin. Her grandparents are James H. Martin and the late Martha S. Martin of Rock Hill, and the late Wilbur H. and Carrie Mae Leadbitter. The bride graduated from A. C. Flora High School and is currently a junior at the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. She is employed by SC Wind & Hail Underwriting Association.
The bridegroom is the son of Darrell Eugene Batchler and Maria Haselden Blanton. His grandparents are William S. Haselden of Raeford, North Carolina, and the late Donna B. Haselden of Orangeburg, South Carolina, and Marvin A. Batchler and the late Grace F. Batchler of Orangeburg. The bridegroom graduated from Airport High School. He owns Batchler Mobile Service in West Columbia.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a formal A- line gown in matte satin with spaghetti straps and an illusion neckline accented with rhinestones. The embroidered illusion train cascaded to chapel length. The fingertip illusion veil was complemented with a rhinestone, crystal, and pearl tiara.
The matron of honor was Sarah Allen, sister of the bride. The bridesmaids were Amanda Batchler, sister- in- law of the bridegroom and Heather Patterson.
The father of the bridegroom served as best man. The groomsmen were Nicholus Batchler, brother of the bridegroom, and Mark Geer. The ringbearer was Nicholus Batchler Jr., nephew of the bridegroom.
After a honeymoon to Sanibel Island, Florida, the couple
will reside in West Columbia.
