      Councilmembers Tamieka Isaac Devine and Daniel Rickenmann have been accepted to the Diversity Leadership Academy. The Diversity Leadership Academy is an outgrowth of the Richard W. Riley Institute of government, politics, and public policy at Furman Institute.
