Opie was one of the kittens rescued out of a drainage ditch in over 100º weather by workers of the Department of Public Works

So many sad animal stories out there, so I just wanted to make everyone smile for a change. All kittens have been adopted out to very good, handpicked homes, and I am taking sick Momma home to live with me in Cat Paradise on South Beltline. Thank you to everyone who forwarded the email around...clearly all the new parents were not on my email list, so someone helped us out by passing the word!
