Still Hopes goes to the dogs
Sammie wins Second Place Melanie wins Third Place
Henry, a Pembroke Welsh corgi owned by Lindsay Pressley struts in the Still Hopes Dog Show. For his talent, he sat and laid down.
Prissy, a mixed dog owned by Martha Lever,was formerly trained to be a therapy dog. Now deaf, she is retired. For her talent at the Still Hopes Dog Show, she sat after a little push.
Jake, a dachund and beagle mix owned by Ellette Donovan, dressed in a bandanna, sat on command at the Still Hopes Dog Show.
Duncan, a Jack Russell terrier owned by Penn and Alexander Gregg, was decked out for the Still Hopes Dog Show in his red party hat. For his talent, he barked for applause.
Katie Hicks is so proud of Melanie for winning third place in the Still Hopes Dog Show. See Melanie's photo on page 9.
Paul Rissior and Rod Oric judged the Still Hopes Dog Show August 30, 2007, at the Still Hopes Guinard Mansion.
Sammie, part poodle and barbet water spaniel and owned by Kay Long won Second Place in the Still Hopes Dog Show. His talent was standing on his back legs.
Lacy, a Yorkshire terrier owned by Bill Keenan participated in the Still Hopes Dog Show. Lacy has never met a dog she liked. Her talent was being picked up by her owner.
Melanie, a maltese owned by Kate Hicks won Third Place in the Still Hopes Dog Show. She sits on command and loves to have her picture taken.
Dipstick, part beagle and chihuahua owned by Tracy Meyer, entertained at the Still Hopes Dog Show by turning around on his hind legs.
Gizzy, a Pekinese and poodle, owned by Susan and Robert Walker, has only one eye. For her talent at the Still Hopes Dog Show, she sat on command.
Elizabeth was the coordinator of the Still Hopes Amateur Dog Show.
