Documentaries put human face on immigration
Contributed by the Coalition for New South Carolinians

The Coalition for New South Carolinians will co- host along with community partners several films as part of the coalition's "Storytellers: Putting a Face on Immigration" film and discussion series. The series is funded by Four Freedoms Fund. The film and discussion series, free and open to the public, aims to put a human face on immigration with actual footage of the immigration experience. Community partners include the Irmo branch of the Public Library, Lexington County Public Library, the USC School of Law, Saluda County Public Library, Midlands Technical College continuing Education, the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America, and the South Carolina Appleseed Legal Justice Center.
