Force wins Cup

The Congaree Rapid Red91 Force won the Girls U16/17 division of the Carolina Cup played October 6- 7 by defeating DSC Green of Rock Hill 2- 0, CASA Elite of Clemson 2- 0, Columbia United Crescent 3- 0), and CASA Elite 1- 0.

The Carolina Cup was hosted by Columbia United FC. The tournament was comprised of traveling teams from both Carolinas participating in all age groups from under ten to under 18.

The Congaree Rapid Red91 team is comprised of 14 to16- year- old girls from various high schools including Brookland- Cayce, Heathwood Hall, Swansea, Pelion and Lexington.
