The Nutcracker

The Columbia Classical Ballet will present The Nutcracker  Nov. 30, 7:30 pm; Dec. 1, 7:30 pm; and Dec. 2, 3 pm at the Koger Center. The Party Scene

Several young ladies will dance the role of Clara: Celine Baumgartner, Anne Jackson, Perrin Griffin, Elizabeth Fonger, and Mary Catherine Wilcox. Ragin Freeman will dance the role of Louisa; Devin Sweet, Fritz; Humberto Teixeira, Herr Drosselmeyer; Oliver Beres, Dr. Stahlbaum; Miriam Wilcox, Mrs. Stahlbaum; Simone Cuttino and Renato Franco, Merry Widow; and Jessica Grimes and Morgan Lumpkin, maids.

The party guests will be danced by Leonid Flegmatov, Renata Franco, Miriam Golomb, Reka Gyulai, Talin Kenar, Peter Matkaicsek, and Junio Teixeira.

The Battle Scene

The Nutcracker will be danced by Balazs Krajczar and the Rat King, Junio Teixeira. The rats will be Christina Fipps, Miriam Golomb, Waldelei Gonzales, Peter Matkaicsek, Kasey Sandifer, and Devin Sweet.

The mice will be Landon Addy, Lauren Amrol, Jennan Bradley, Sawyer Brown, Pierson DeJames, English Edens, Emily Evers, Anne Elisabeth Frye, Staci Garrick, Diana Henry, Julianna Holmquist, Mary Beth Payne, Callie Reid, Amin Sharif, and Keenan Shealy.

The Land of Snow

The snow couples will be Oliver Beres, Reka Gyulai, Leonid Flegmatov,

Talin Kenar, Adam Schiffer, and Tomoko Takahashi. The snowflakes will be Jennifer Amrol, Jordan Craig, Renata Franco, Christina Fipps, Ragin Freeman, Miriam Golomb, Jessica Grimes, Morgan Lumpkin, Kasey Sandifer, and Kaori Yanagida.

The Land of Sweets

The Spanish

Sangria will be danced by Renata Franco, Reka Gyulai, Oliver Beres, and Adam Schiffer.

The Chinese Chopsticks will be Ragin Freeman, Devin Sweet, and Kaori Yanagida.

The Arabian Nights will be USC dancers.

The Marzipan Kisses will be Morgan Lumpkin, Peter Matkaicsek, and Kasey Sandifer.

James Potts will dance the role of Mother Ginger. The bon bons will be Celine Baumgartner, Dyland DeJames, Elizabeth Fonger, Perrin Griffin, Anne Jackson, Hannah Mauldin, Kelsey Reamer, Ella Shealy, Emma Stratton, and Mary Catherine Wilcox.

The little bon bons will be Lauren Amrol, Emily Evers, Julianna Holmquist, and Keenan Shealy.

The Russian pralines will be Oliver Beres, Waldilei Goncalves, Devin Sweet, Humberto Teixeira, and Peter Matkaicsek.

The waltz couple will be Tomoko Takahashi and Adam Schiffer. The lead flowers will be Reka Gyulai and Talin Kenar.
