Forest Acres 12- year- old Elise McKelvey recently won the Girls 12 Singles division of the Top Spin Challenger Circuit Tennis Tournament at Top Spin Racquet and Swim Club in Lexington.

On Nov. 10, the Heathwood Hall seventh grader also won the Girls 12 Singles division of the Rising Stars Tennis Tournament at the Family Circle Tennis Center on Daniel Island.

McKelvey plays junior varsity tennis for Heathwood Hall and USTA junior team tennis for the Gregg Park Players.
