The Columbia Animal Shelter will be open Christmas Eve
As it is the season of giving, the animal shelter will provide citizens the chance to adopt any pets available at the shelter and give pets the opportunity to find a new loving home. Pets are for life, not just Christmas. Just like people, animals can get sick and injured and, in these unfortunate cases, owners should be financially prepared. Also, a young animal will be an owner's responsibility for approximately 15 years. Pets can make wonderful gifts, providing unconditional love, and years of fun and companionship.
