Richland Sertoma names its man of the year

Photo by Gail Trebuchon Steve Etheredge was recently honored as the 2008 Sertoman of the Year by the Richland Sertoma Club. In addition to being an invaluable member of the club for over 20 years, Etheredge has served in positions of leadership in the club and also on the regional and international levels.
