You've been robbed by Guess Who?
The Old Curmudgeon says:

Over the past 100 years, our local, state, and federal elected officials took your money and created the largest, most wasteful government in the world. This outrageous bureaucracy was first funded by taxes on your bed, your tractor, your mule, your cow, your goat, your clothes, your tobacco, your booze, and your dirt. Then they looked at your paycheck and taxed your work.

Fifty years ago, they added taxes on your coffin, your grave, your inheritance, your income, your home, your business, your cigarettes, your dog and cat, your unemployment, your fishing rights, your hunting rights, your food, your gasoline, your inventory, your interest charges, your luxuries, your marriage, your property, your Social Security, your road usage, your sales, your recreational vehicle, your telephone, your utilities, your automobile, your watercraft, your well, and virtually everything you buy and sell.

Not one of these taxes existed 100 years ago, and our nation was the most prosperous in the world. One hundred years ago, we had no national debt, the largest middle class in the world, and Mom stayed home to raise the kids.

What happened? Politicians said one thing and did another…over and over and over.
