RNE artist takes first place

Contributed by RNE Jovi Thomas, a Richland Northeast High School Talented and Gifted/PCA Visual Arts Senior took first place in the 16- 18 age group of the Boys and Girls Club of America Fine Arts Competition. His self portrait will compete in the National Fine Arts Exhibit this spring. Thomas's father is currently stationed in the Netherlands.
